Diverse Consulting Group is seeking a Cyber Security Remediation Specialist to lead remediation efforts, assess findings, and drive risk-based actions across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze complex scan results, and present remediation progress and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

The role emphasizes governance, automation, and strong English proficiency, with a focus on AI threat landscapes and secure design principles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in security findings assessment and remediation.
• Deep understanding of modern AI threats and their impact on security posture.
• Expert knowledge of vulnerability scoring frameworks, security risk assessment methodologies and governance processes for severity, prioritization and remediation timelines.
• Proven governance experience in External Attack Surface Management (EASM), Threat Modelling or API-related findings.
• Knowledge of problem management, Secure DevOps, DORA and OWASP.
• Advanced troubleshooting and conceptual skills for complex remediation challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Drive remediation outcomes through proactive governance, autonomy and ownership
• Contribute to risk scoring design for near real-time, risk-based prioritization of critical vulnerabilities
• Prepare and deliver stakeholder presentations on remediation progress, risks and strategic recommendations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in security findings assessment and remediation
• Deep understanding of modern AI threats and their impact on security posture
• Expert knowledge of vulnerability scoring frameworks, security risk assessment methodologies and governance processes for severity, prioritization and remediation timelines
• Proven governance experience in at least one area: External Attack Surface Management (EASM), Threat Modelling or API-related findings
• Knowledge of problem management, Secure DevOps, DORA and OWASP
• Advanced troubleshooting and conceptual skills for complex remediation challenges
• Ability to interpret and communicate results using exploratory data analysis and statistical modelling techniques
• Strong understanding of risk-based approaches and risk management
• Proven experience in cross-organizational collaboration and negotiation
• Ability to prepare and deliver stakeholder presentations covering remediation progress, risks and strategic recommendations
• Fluent business and technical English, written and spoken
• Demonstrated automation experience, preferably with Python, Apache Airflow and/or Power Automate
• Practical application of AI technologies in governance processes and automation workflows
• Ability to mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across the security function
