Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Cyber Security Case Manager in Warsaw. You will lead investigations, own remediation cases from start to finish, and coordinate actions across technical teams and stakeholders.

The role requires solid experience in cyber security, IT risk management, and clear communication of risks. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and presentation skills, and the ability to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in Cyber Security, IT Risk Management, IT Infrastructure or related areas.
• Practical experience with IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security.
• Experience in IT Risk Management, including assessment and remediation of security risks.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO/IEC 27001).
• Ability to explain complex security and risk topics to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate investigation and remediation of identified security deficiencies.
• Take ownership of assigned security cases from identification through remediation and closure.
• Assess deficiencies and risks with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ensure risks are addressed per risk management processes and risk appetite.
• Coordinate remediation activities across technical teams and stakeholders.
• Track progress, dependencies, risks and actions.
• Translate complex security matters into clear information for all audiences.
• Prepare and deliver status updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
