Jit is hiring for a cyber security role in a hybrid Poland-based arrangement across Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, and Łódź. Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience in security findings assessment and remediation.
• Expert knowledge of vulnerability scoring, security risk assessment, prioritisation, and remediation governance.
• Strong understanding of AI-related security threats and their impact on security posture.
• Knowledge and practical experience in problem management, Secure DevOps, DORA, and OWASP.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex remediation challenges.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical modelling to support risk-based decision making.
• Experience with automation, preferably using Python, Apache Airflow, and/or Power Automate.
• Fluent business and technical English (both written and spoken).

• Contributing to risk scoring approaches enabling near real-time prioritisation of critical vulnerabilities.
• Supporting automation and AI-driven improvements in security governance processes.
• Communicating remediation progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Supporting knowledge sharing and mentoring within the Cyber Security function.
