Citigroup in Poland (Warsaw) is seeking a Vice President in the Design & Execution team within the Valuation Control Group to drive process and technology change. The role collaborates with regional and global VCG teams to deliver strategic solutions and ensure governance and risk controls.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in Finance with IPV/product control experience, strong change leadership, and hands-on analytics. Hybrid work model offered with base salary and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in finance with broad Product Control/IPV experience.
• Proven ability to lead change across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across senior/junior staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience as a business analyst on complex system implementations.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of business requirements and UAT for Valuation Control programmes.
• Partner with Technology to deliver infrastructure tools aligned to vision.
• Develop knowledge of analytics and tech for automation needs.
• Assess risks and issues, with timely escalation.
• Stakeholder management with regional/global leads.
• Suggest ideas to improve Valuation Control processes.
