Citi Solutions Center Poland is hiring for a Vice President in the Design & Execution team within Valuation Control Group. The role supports global consistency, drives process and technology change, and partners with technology to deliver strategic infrastructure for VCG automation.

The candidate should demonstrate resilience, leadership across diverse teams, and a passion for delivering results in a fast-moving environment with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 6+ years finance experience across valuation/control or related areas.
• Proven ability to lead change across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with senior and junior staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience as a business analyst on complex system implementations.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of business requirements and user-acceptance testing for Valuation Control programmes per Citi standards.
• Partner with Technology to deliver infrastructure tools and solutions aligned to Valuation Control and Finance direction.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Citi's analytics and tech ecosystem to support VCG automation needs.
• Assess risks and issues and ensure timely escalation.
• Manage stakeholders including Regional and Global Valuation Control teams and other CSC leads.
• Generate ideas to improve Valuation Control processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
