Job summary

Sowelo Consulting seeks an execution-focused VP of Operations / Head of Operations for Warsaw to drive the operational engine of a fast-growing tech vendor. You will embed discipline, align cross-functional teams, and steer day-to-day execution as production and global deployments scale.

Partner with the CEO to implement governance, KPI frameworks, supply chain maturity, and regulatory programs (ISO and international certifications) while preparing investor-ready data rooms and grant compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operational leadership in fast-paced tech environments.
• Ability to implement governance, KPIs, and scalable processes.
• Experience unifying engineering, R&D, manufacturing with sales and delivery.
• Familiarity with external legal partners, grants, and investor reviews.
• Polish native language with fluent English (C1/C2) for executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish organizational cadence with KPI tracking and cross-team reviews.
• Scale the business from startup to market-driven enterprise.
• Build scalable supply chain, manufacturing, deployment frameworks.
• Oversee governance, legal, IP, and ISO/compliance activities.
• Support investor due diligence and grant oversight.
