Job summary

SoftServe is seeking a Senior DevOps Consultant to bridge the Global DevOps Practice with regional teams in Poland. You will translate business objectives into DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud, and AI transformation strategies across distributed teams.

You will lead discovery workshops, support executive engagements, and define value propositions with measurable outcomes, collaborating with architects and delivery leads to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate business challenges into tech strategies.
• Experience with multicultural, distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder alignment at executive level.
• Experience in pre-sales and strategic consulting.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of DevOps, Cloud, and AI-enabled services.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to translate objectives into transformation strategies.
• Grow the Global DevOps Practice through thought leadership and enablement.
• Lead discovery workshops and advisory initiatives for strategic customers.
• Define compelling value propositions with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Delivery Managers to design solutions.
• Support DevOps and AI transformation initiatives aligning goals and execution.
• Act as trusted advisor during customer transformation programs.
• Participate in engagements with large enterprises across engagement lifecycle.
• Prepare executive presentations, roadmaps, and strategic recommendations.
