Sowelo Consulting is conducting an executive search for a commercially focused VP of Finance / Head of Finance based in Warsaw. You will partner with the CEO to shape financial strategy, governance and capital plans ahead of major institutional investment rounds.

The role combines venture finance, investor relations, and commercial FP&A with deep exposure to hardware manufacturing, supply chain economics, and global pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in corporate finance with senior leadership experience.
• Experience leading fundraising rounds (Series A/B) or cross-border finance.
• Strong ability to model multi-year forecasts and strategic scenarios.
• Excellent communication with founders and boards in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive venture financing and investor relations for upcoming Series A; manage financial modelling and data room processes.
• Lead commercial FP&A, translate milestones into forecasts and board reporting.
• Oversee hardware unit economics, COGS, working capital and supplier financing.
• Govern governance, grants, international entity setup and scaling the finance team post-investment.
