Job summary

BNY is seeking a Vice President, Payroll to lead Germany payroll from Poland. You will ensure timely, accurate monthly payroll across multiple entities and oversee regulatory compliance. The role requires close collaboration with HR and Finance teams to maintain data integrity.

Fluency in English is mandatory, German is preferred. Strong Excel and data analysis skills are essential, and you may train junior staff and build strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is mandatory with German preferred for country payrolls.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience training and mentoring junior staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time, 100% accurate monthly payroll across entities in remit.
• Advise Country Managers on tax matters related to payroll and benefits.
• Coordinate with payroll vendors and ensure proper postings to ledgers.
