Job summary

J.P. Morgan in Warsaw is seeking a Business Manager to partner with Business and Group Heads to identify, elevate, and address business risks, while driving key initiatives that optimize performance.

You will work with executive leadership to provide high-level responsiveness to ad-hoc requests, organize complex information, and create compelling presentations for critical decisions. This role emphasizes collaboration, design-minded analysis, and proactive risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required.
• Experience in Business Management or COO role is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality presentations and reports.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management and business analysis.
• Organize complex information strategically, with strong design sense in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Create wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards.
• Communicate with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps.
• Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks.
• Identify key business risks and drive mitigation.
