Testing Site - JPMC in Poland invites a Relationship Partner - Deal Services Vice President to join our Deal Services team. You will collaborate with industry, product, and country teams to support origination and execution of client transactions across debt, equity, and M&A, taking the lead in managing client activities and milestones throughout the deal lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in investment banking products such as M&A, ECM, LF, DCM, or corporate banking activities.
• Comfortable interacting with clients, C-Suite, and senior executives on a regular basis.
• Self-driven with the ability to own tasks and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Builds and maintains strong relationships with deal teams, supporting origination and execution for a portfolio of clients across sectors in EMEA and cross-border deals with North America
• Ensures timely completion of client activities and transaction milestones (e.g., media coverage, ESG assessments, sanctions due diligence, deal announcements, closures)
• Joins due diligence calls with deal teams to identify and coordinate follow-up actions
• Manages and monitors deal pipeline
• Collaborates with compliance, legal, credit, research, finance and business management teams on clients and transactions
• Attends meetings and provides end-to-end oversight of the underwriting committee approval process
• Partners with Know Your Customer to facilitate advisory for new and existing business, ensuring timely and accurate completion
• Identifies and implements opportunities to streamline processes and reduce administrative workloads
• Keeps close eye on deal controls, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and issues addressed
