JP Morgan Chase in Warsaw seeks a Global Banking Deal Services Vice President to partner with senior bankers and cross-functional teams to navigate due diligence, compliance, and approvals across debt, equity, and M&A. You will lead high-priority initiatives, manage client activities, and drive improvements using data, technology, and AI.

You will help evolve the Deal Services model, enabling faster, more transparent processes, while coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and Business Management

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted relationships with senior bankers and act as the senior Deal Services contact.
• Lead coordination of complex due diligence, compliance, and approval activities.
• Identify and refer risk considerations to specialist teams and drive governance discussions.
• Maintain portfolio oversight with visibility into status, risks and priorities.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders for guidance and approvals.
• Identify process gaps and drive initiatives to reduce effort and improve controls.
• Use data/analytics to anticipate bottlenecks and support decision-making; advocate AI/automation.
• Contribute to global initiatives and change programs in the Deal Services operating model.
