Collaborating with store teams, you’ll design window visuals, style mannequins, and maintain high visual standards while mentoring colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Delivering an excellent customer experience through styling advice and a visually compelling store environment.
• Interpreting sales data and customer insights to inform the store's visual direction.
• Designing and installing impactful window displays reflecting seasonal trends and brand identity.
• Styling mannequins and outfits to inspire customer purchasing decisions.
• Merchandising the shop floor in alignment with brand guidelines for a cohesive presentation.
• Supporting the sales team and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Setting and maintaining high visual merchandising standards and mentoring teammates.
• Acting as a brand ambassador with visuals contributing to a memorable customer journey.
