Job summary

Ten Square Games is looking for a VIP Customer Support Counselor to care for our most valuable players. The role blends in-office presence in Wroclaw with two remote days, in a hybrid model designed for flexible, responsive service to top players worldwide.

You will handle VIP queries, create tailored offers, monitor issues, and collaborate with product and BI teams to optimize player satisfaction and retention. Fluency in English and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with customers.
• Business English proficiency required.
• Strong Excel knowledge and data-driven approach.

• Taking care of VIP Player queries.
• Creating VIP-tailored offers for top customers.
• Monitoring product issues and gathering player feedback.
