Qualifications

• Fluent English required for daily VIP communications.
• Experience in sales, customer support or VIP account management in B2C.
• Excellent communication, customer focus and goal orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily relationships and support with VIP users.
• Keep track and monitor VIP user activity daily.
• Build personalized experiences and nurture loyalty.
• Gather feedback and propose improvements to customer experience.
• Cross teamwork with marketing, monetization, features and products.
