Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a content moderation specialist to review user reports and analyze content for compliance with policies.

You will flag discrepancies and make well-balanced decisions to support the user community, including handling sensitive material with care. The role requires Greek at C1 and English at B2, with a willingness to work from the office and strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Accountabilities:

• Revision of user reports regarding website content,
• Analysis and identification of content according to compliance policies,
• Making well-balanced decisions and helping to resolve inquiries to defined policies and procedures by flagging discrepancies,
• Using market specific knowledge and insights to improve the support of user community,
• Revision of sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter.

Requirements:

• Proficiency of Greek on at least C1 level and English at B2 level,
• Willingness to work from the office,
