Job summary

Cognizant Poland is hiring a Video Content Moderator in Kraków for an office-based role. The candidate will review user-reported content, classify material per compliance policies, and resolve inquiries per defined procedures on a rotating 8/7 shift schedule including weekends and some nights.

We seek a quick learner with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to new processes. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as part of a multinational team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Turkish at least C1 level and English at B2 level.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Review user reports and classify content per policies.
• Make balanced decisions and flag discrepancies for resolution.
• Use market-specific knowledge to support the user community.
