We value multilingual skills (Slovak or Czech at C1 and English at B2) and a readiness to work from the office, including occasional weekend shifts and potential 24/7 coverage depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Slovak or Czech at least C1 and English at least B2.
• Willingness to work from the office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Neutral mindset toward alternative video content requiring classification.

Responsibilities

• Review user reports regarding website content.
• Analyze and identify content according to compliance policies.
• Make balanced decisions and resolve inquiries per policies.
• Use market-specific knowledge to improve user community support.
• Review sensitive content, including graphic or disturbing material.
