Job summary

JPMSE in Warsaw is seeking an Operations-Program and Strategy Implementation Manager to shape the strategic agenda and orchestrate cross-functional delivery against enterprise objectives. You will report to the JPMSE Warsaw Operations Governance Lead and collaborate with senior stakeholders to align priorities and steward execution with governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Finance, Economics.
• Experience in financial services, ideally in investment banking operations, regulatory, compliance, or controls.
• Strong project management and data analytics skills.
• Knowledge of outsourcing governance and related regulations.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and build relationships across teams and locations.
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in policy development and process improvement.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Transform strategic objectives into actionable programs.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and coordinate resources across multiple business lines.
• Partner with Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to align initiatives with goals.
• Facilitate regular cross-team communication and problem-solving.
• Strengthen Governance & Oversight for outsourced operations with robust controls.
• Leverage data analytics to track progress and identify risks.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards for real-time visibility.
• Communicate program status to senior management and stakeholders.
• Serve as main contact for internal clients and regulators.
• Support audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Identify opportunities for process innovation and excellence.
