CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Management Associate Director to lead end-to-end delivery of a complex transformation portfolio from its Warsaw-based hub. You will mentor Senior Project Managers, embed governance, and ensure scalable PMO standards across the function.

In this 12-month fixed-term role, you will partner with transformation leadership to refine reporting, improve methodologies, and raise delivery quality in line with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership role at Senior Manager grade or above.
• Experience in managing, coaching and developing a team.
• Ability to operate credibly with senior stakeholders and executives.
• Experience acting as the senior delivery escalation point.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end project management across a complex portfolio of transformation projects.
• Oversee delivery health and provide guidance across all workstreams.
• Line manage Senior Project Managers with coaching and performance feedback.
• Set expectations for delivery standards, reporting quality and stakeholder engagement.
• Onboard and integrate new team members, accelerating their effectiveness.
• Improve programme delivery governance and PMO standards across projects.
• Escalate delivery challenges and provide decision support to Senior PMs.
