Team Overview: Private Equity & Credit Fund Accounting

Our Private Equity & Credit department is looking for a Fund Accounting Process Optimization Specialist with experience in business and technology. Your duties will include analysing existing processes and designing automations for multiple Fund Accounting Teams. You'll have the opportunity to grow your skills, knowledge, and experience across a broad spectrum of competencies around financial data flows. This will give you an exposure to interacting and working with various locations across the world, hence the fluent English requirement.

• Experienced in analysing processes and translating requirements into system solutions.
• Experienced in building and/or implementing new, automated solutions.
• A team player with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Able to challenge the status quo, provide alternative ideas and think outside the box.
• Preferably familiar with Financial Services topics as all our projects revolve around them.
• Able to independently develop solutions, be open to and react upon user / tester feedback and ensure compliance with internal control requirements.
• People management experience
