Zusammenfassung

UniCredit Poland is seeking a proactive Third-Party & Outsourcing Office­r to join the Warsaw team. You will coordinate outsourcing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as a bridge among Procurement, IT, Risk, Legal, and Product teams.

You will apply EBA Outsourcing and DORA guidelines, perform vendor assessments, and maintain the Outsourcing Register to support Group risk functions. The role offers a hybrid work model with a digital-first environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3–7 years of practical experience in third-party risk management (TPRM), operational risk, vendor management, or compliance in financial services.
• Clear familiarity with EBA Outsourcing Guidelines and DORA in a banking context.
• Hands-on experience with vendor management workflows and task platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence).
• Experience in multinational or international banking environments with cross-team cooperation.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to own tasks in a lean team of two.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and professional Polish.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end-to-end outsourcing operations and third-party agreements for UniCredit Polska.
• Apply EBA Outsourcing and DORA standards in daily operations and risk reviews.
• Perform vendor risk assessments and due diligence for new and existing suppliers.
• Maintain the Outsourcing Register for regulatory submissions and internal reporting.
• Manage vendor governance workflows using ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Track SLAs and vendor performance with contract owners to drive resolutions.
• Support process improvements to digitize risk reviews and reporting.
• Prepare status reports and dashboards for local committees and Group functions.
