Job summary

BNP Paribas Asset Management is seeking an AM Supplier Outsourcing Specialist to join the Procurement department in Warsaw. You will support outsourcing risk management, ensure data quality for outsourcing arrangements, and contribute to the control framework and reporting.

The role requires coordinating multiple stakeholders in an international environment, strong data discipline, and fluent English. Hybrid work mode is offered with opportunities for development within BNPP AM.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management, internal control and outsourcing risk management.
• Strong understanding of outsourcing, third‑party oversight and operational risk.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in an international, cross‑functional environment.
• Strong data tracking, reporting and controls.
• Flexible and change-oriented in a complex organization with high ethical standards.
• Team spirit and results-driven attitude.
• Autonomy with initiative for priority management and action planning.
• Knowledge of project management.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the operational deployment of the outsourcing risk management framework for all BNPP AM entities.
• Support the Outsourcing correspondents and beneficiaries in understanding and applying the procedures, methodologies, and requirements of the BNPP Group related to outsourcing.
• Participate in the coordination of annual review, update and certification campaigns of the outsourcing arrangements register (RISK 360).
• Contribution to the identification and monitoring of remediation plans related to identified quality or compliance gaps.
• Produce and consolidate reports, dashboards and monitoring indicators related to outsourcing arrangements and the Outsourcing Risk Management framework.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to the analysis of key risks and points of attention
• Participate in the continuous improvement of tools, reports and processes related to the Outsourcing Risk Management framework
