Job summary

AUTODOC is seeking a Vendor Operations Specialist to oversee the daily order fulfillment process across our warehouse network in Warsaw. You will manage vendor relationships and ensure timely, accurate deliveries while monitoring KPIs and driving improvements to the supply chain.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in supply chain coordination or procurement, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. Fluency in English and knowledge of other European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• 2+ years in supply chain coordination or procurement operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Russian, German, or Polish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfilment: Monitor daily order fulfilment.
• Vendor management: Primary contact for external vendors.
• Performance & KPI tracking: Establish KPIs and monitor performance; identify underperformance and drive improvements.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with procurement, finance, operations, customer service, and IT.
• Administration & onboarding: Maintain vendor records and onboard vendors ensuring policy compliance.
• Process optimization: Support improvements to vendor operations to maximize efficiency and quality.
