Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY SERVICES SP. Z O.O. in Krakow is seeking a Vendor & Ecosystem Specialist to discover and assess external vendors, partners, and startups. You will manage relationships across AI and emerging technologies, translating offerings into structured inputs for innovation assessments and architecture reviews.

You will build vendor intelligence, map ecosystems, and support reuse of internal capabilities. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least three years of professional experience in vendor management, technology partner management, vendor scouting, startup scouting, market intelligence, or ecosystem management.

Responsibilities

• Scout and evaluate vendors, technology partners, startups, and ecosystems across AI and emerging tech.
• Maintain a structured vendor intelligence repository with capability assessments and landscape maps.
• Act as the primary Innovation-as-a-Service contact for external providers and startups.
• Coordinate with Hitachi Group entities to identify opportunities and support initial assessments.
• Produce briefing presentations and capability comparisons for internal use.
• Contribute to vendor and ecosystem intelligence for recommendation packages and reuse in reports.
