Qualifications

• Three to five years of relevant professional experience, preferably in automotive assembly.
• Experience in preparation, implementation, or optimization of production processes.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and execution of project tasks.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with digital tools for data analysis, task management, and documentation creation.
• Willingness to travel for business.

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects related to preparation, launch, and ramp-up of new production processes and lines.
• Create and develop assembly process concepts with safety, quality, costs, deadlines, and volumes in mind.
• Contribute to commissioning, acceptance, and optimization of machinery and installations.
• Ensure process stability and support Production in resolving issues.
• Analyze end-to-end production processes and dependencies between processes, equipment, materials, systems, and data.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage technical and process changes and coordinate related activities.
• Analyze and optimize cycle times, ergonomics, material flow, equipment utilization, and workplace organization.
