Mercedes-Benz Group AG is expanding its battery-electric LCV production and building a new plant in Jawor, Poland. We seek a proactive engineer to lead production planning and paint shop systems for the VAN.EA project, coordinating with multiple sites and stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires strong analytical skills, a degree in engineering, and proven project management experience, with fluency in English and Polish.

Competenze

• Degree from university in mechanical engineering, production technology, or related field.
• Several years of experience in production planning and paint shop systems planning or process technology.
• Proven project management experience.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and target-driven mindset.

Mansioni

• Plan and establish the new production facility for the hybrid/VAN.EA project, including paint shop processes.
• Manage projects and work packages with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement innovative production processes for the new model series.
• Harmonize processes across VAN sites and report progress to management.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between departments and locations.
• Prepare project trajectories, budgets, deadlines, and quality controls.
• Coordinate with vehicle development and production units.
• Perform acceptance testing of production systems in compliance with regulations.
