Job summary

HeadHR is seeking a Finance professional to drive delivery of business requirements and user-acceptance testing for Valuation Control programmes, aligning with Citi documentation standards.

You will partner with Technology to deliver infrastructure tools, develop knowledge of the bank's analytics ecosystem, assess risks, manage stakeholders across regional and global teams, and identify improvements to the Valuation Control process.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of finance experience, preferably with product control and IPV.
• Proven ability to lead change across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across senior and junior staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience as a business analyst on complex system implementations.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of business requirements and user-acceptance testing for Valuation Control programmes, in line with Citi documentation standards.
• Partnering with Technology to deliver infrastructure tools and solutions aligned to the Valuation Control vision and best in class Finance direction.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of the bank's analytics and technology ecosystem to provide strategic solutions to VCG's automation requirements.
• Assessing risks and issues related to projects and ensuring timely and effective escalation.
• Stakeholder management covering Regional Valuation Control leads, Global Valuation Control teams and other CSC leads.
• Creating ideas and insight on how the Valuation Control process can be improved, simplified and operate more effectively.
