Job summary

MSD Polska is seeking a Vaccines Customer Support Specialist to promote our innovative vaccines portfolio across designated territories in Poland. The role is field-based and requires building strong relationships with healthcare professionals to support disease prevention through vaccination.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in pharmaceutical Rx, a life sciences or business background, and excellent communication and planning skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical Rx business, gynecology experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain professional relationships with HCPs (doctors, nurses, vaccination centers).
Provide expert support on disease prevention through vaccination and the vaccines portfolio.
Deliver sales objectives in line with budget and priorities.
Plan and execute activities within the assigned territory with supervisor.
Create and implement Territory Action Plan to achieve targets and adhere to procedures and ethics.
Manage interactions with targeted customers in a scientific, customer-focused manner.
Deliver product information aligned with marketing strategy and use promotional messages effectively.
Utilize omnichannel communication channels when appropriate.
Ensure timely CRM call reporting, post-meeting notes, expense reports, adverse event reporting, and other required documentation.
Act with high ethical standards at all times.
