Job summary

Altium Limited is seeking a UX Researcher to shape end-to-end experiences for Altium 365. You will lead conversations with users, run interviews, diary studies, and surveys, and ensure learnings are organized and actionable across design, product, and engineering teams.

In this hands-on role, you will own the research practice, run usability and concept tests, and build a robust insights repository that surfaces patterns over time. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in UX/product research, or closely adjacent role with substantial hands-on research.
• Solid command of qualitative methods and ability to design and interpret product analytics.
• Experience testing prototypes at different fidelities.
• Clear communication: land findings with stakeholders in five minutes.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and scoping research to fit timelines.
• Familiarity with research ops tools (Dovetail, Condens, Maze, UserTesting).
• English at a professional level.

Responsibilities

• Talk to users, recruit, schedule, incentivize participants.
• Conduct interviews, diary studies, surveys and usability tests.
• Establish a steady cadence of user input for timely insights.
• Partner with designers and PMs to turn questions into research.
• Run usability and concept tests on prototypes and live features.
• Deliver findings with actionable changes and trade-offs.
• Build and maintain a searchable insights repository.
• Coach designers and PMs to run lightweight studies.
