Job summary

Altium Limited is seeking a UX Researcher to shape end-to-end experiences for Altium 365. You will own the research practice, run interviews, usability tests, diary studies, and maintain a searchable insights repository.

Collaborating with designers, PMs, and engineers from early framing to post-launch validation, you will help ensure decisions are grounded in evidence and accessible to the whole team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in UX/product research, or closely adjacent role with hands-on research work.
• Strong command of qualitative methods and ability to design surveys and interpret analytics.
• Experience testing prototypes at different fidelities and understanding what each stage reveals.
• Clear communication: convey findings to stakeholders succinctly.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to scope research to fit timelines.
• Familiarity with research ops tooling (Dovetail, Condens, Maze, UserTesting, or similar).
• English at a professional level.

Responsibilities

• Talk to users regularly and own the participant pipeline (recruiting, screening, scheduling, incentives, consent).
• Run interviews, contextual inquiries, diary studies, and surveys.
• Validate ideas and prototypes through usability tests and concept tests.
• Build and maintain a searchable, well-tagged insights repository accessible to the team.
