Job summary

Altium Limited, a part of the Renesas Group, seeks a UX Researcher to shape end-to-end experiences for Altium 365. You’ll own the research practice and work with designers, PMs, and engineers across the product lifecycle, from problem framing to post-launch validation.

You’ll run interviews, usability tests, and studies, maintaining an accessible insights repository and coaching teams in research methods.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in UX/product research or closely adjacent role.
• Solid command of qualitative methods and ability to design surveys.
• Experience testing prototypes at different fidelities and knowing what each stage tells you.
• Clear communication to land findings with skeptical stakeholders.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and scoping research to fit timelines.
• Familiarity with research ops tooling (Dovetail, Condens, Maze, UserTesting).
• English at a professional level.

Responsibilities

• Talk to users regularly: recruit, screen, schedule, incentives, consent.
• Validate ideas and prototypes with designers and PMs.
• Run usability and concept tests on wireframes and live features.
• Build and maintain a searchable, connected insights repository.
• Raise the team's research literacy and share findings effectively.
