Job summary

Altium is seeking a UX Researcher to shape end-to-end experiences for Altium 365. You will run interviews, usability tests, and diaries, turning insights into actionable decisions while collaborating with designers, PMs, and engineers across the product lifecycle.

You’ll own the research practice with autonomy, build a robust insights repository, and coach teams to run lightweight studies. This role harmonizes product strategy with real user input at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in UX/product research or closely adjacent role with hands-on research work.
• Solid command of qualitative methods and ability to design and interpret surveys.
• Experience testing prototypes at different fidelities and guiding design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Talk to users regularly and manage participant pipeline.
• Validate ideas and prototypes through usability and concept testing.
• Build and maintain a searchable insights repository.
• Raise the team’s research literacy with actionable findings.
