Job summary

Flying Bisons is seeking a Commercial UX Researcher to join on a B2B basis. You will lead qualitative and quantitative studies across digital products, shaping user insights that drive product decisions for enterprise clients.

You’ll collaborate with designers, strategists, developers, and data analysts, running IDIs, usability tests, card sorting, and workshops. Polish language is essential; English proficiency expected.

Qualifications

Commercial UX research experience on digital products.
Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods.
Experience with AI in research is a plus.
Ability to independently plan and execute research projects.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Fluency in Polish and professional English.

Responsibilities

Lead and support research initiatives across a variety of digital products and services.
Collaborate with designers, strategists, developers, and data analysts to identify user needs.
Validate solutions and shape exceptional customer experiences.
Prepare and facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams.
Create personas, journey maps, and blueprints as outputs of research.
