Job summary

Fundraise Up is seeking a UX Researcher to strengthen how UX research informs product decisions across a global organization. You will lead complex, high-impact studies and build a scalable UX Research practice within the Design team.

Designers will run simpler studies, while you provide process, coaching, and guardrails. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and broader teams to deliver a holistic view of user needs, integrating qualitative and quantitative evidence, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience running research end-to-end with high ownership.
• Experience working across both B2C and B2B products and audiences.
• Fluent English — all participants are English-speaking; you moderate and present in English.
• Regularly collect input from Sales, CS, Support, Marketing, Analytics and turn it into testable research questions.
• High research quality bar: correct research methods, structured methodology, predictable timelines, ethical practice.
• Use recruiting platforms and handle logistics yourself: access, scheduling, confirmations, tool setup, etc.
• Use AI tools to speed up ops and synthesis while keeping human judgment and methodological rigor where it matters.
• Be the team's source of new knowledge: run a research radar across internal learnings and market moves.

Responsibilities

• Act as an active UX Research evangelist and change agent: identify opportunities and launch initiatives.
• Own and grow the UX Research practice: build a pragmatic research process and guardrails.
• Lead high-impact research end-to-end: intake brief → methodology → conduct → analyze → synthesize → present.
• Choose the right method based on uncertainty, goals, and timeline.
• Run your work independently: scheduling, logistics, note-taking, documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Analytics to connect quantitative and qualitative evidence.
• Experiment with new approaches and AI-enabled methods.
• Ensure user needs guide product decisions, not opinions.
