Job summary

PTT Consulting in Warsaw is seeking an experienced UX Researcher for a full-time, hybrid role (at least 2 days per week in the Warsaw office).

You will collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams on research objectives, select appropriate methods, and help plan qualitative and quantitative studies.

Responsibilities include creating discussion guides and interview scripts, conducting usability tests, organizing findings in a central repository, and promoting consistent research processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science or Psychology.
• 3-5 years of experience in UX research, market research, or related experience.
• Experience working with Figma and Zeplin.
• Examples of research methods applied in current or previous role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
