Job summary

InPost ищет опытного UX-дизайнера, чтобы улучшать клиентский UX финансовых продуктов в рамках InPost Pay. Ваша работа будет охватывать пользовательские исследования, создание потоков, витрин и прототипов, а также работу с дизайном под требования бренда.

Требуется 5+ лет опыта, владение Figma, знание английского и польского языков, а также способность работать в гибридном формате с офисами в Варшаве или Кракове.

Qualifications

• Опыт работы UX-дизайнером не менее 5 лет, знание методов исследования, IA и прототипирования.
• Опыт в финансовых сервисах (банкинг/финтех) приветствуется.
• Умение работать с AI-инструментами в дизайне и в кросс-функциональных командах.
• Свободное владение английским языком; fluent Polish.

Responsibilities

• Улучшаем и reinvent клиентский UX для InPost Pay и финансовых сервисов.
• Создание пользовательских потоков, карт путешествий, вайрфреймов и прототипов.

InPost Group is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial UX designer to improve and reinvent the customer-facing solutions, that serve our users in more than 15 countries under the InPost and Mondial Relay brands. The right person will play a critical role in improving our customer experience and build a best-in‑class experience to delight our customers, establish design principles and framework for the group to offer high quality and consistent solutions for global scale with cognisance of local markets' needs. This role will focus specifically on financial products within InPost Pay, working closely with a small dedicated team on topics such as payments, subscriptions, and future financial services.

• Hybrid working model: preferably 1 day per week in the Warsaw or Cracow office.
• Be the voice of our users and solve complex problems to define and improve the user experience for a range of digital platforms including websites, mobile applications, and internal tools.
• Conduct user researches to understand customer needs and define opportunities.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes and prototypes for stakeholder and user feedback.
• Create high‑fidelity mock‑ups of visual designs consistent with UI guidelines and brand standards.
• Collaborate effectively with the cross‑functional team including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of design solutions.
• Advocate to stakeholders and educate them on inclusive and accessible design practices.
• Support the design team by actively participating in meetings, providing constructive critique feedback, and offering support to fellow designers when necessary.
• Use a data‑informed approach to design by defining and tracking key metrics, and clearly communicating how design decisions drive user and business impact.

Требования:

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design: user research, information architecture, usability, prototyping, design process, etc, and sharp, up-to-date, UI skills.
• Experience and understanding of working with financial services (e.g., banking, fintech).
• Proven experience using AI tools in the design workflow (e.g., Claude or similar), with concrete examples of how these tools supported the design process.
• Preferred experience and understanding of the specifics of working with B2B users.
• A strong passion for applying and evangelizing human‑centered design methodologies within cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with prototyping tools– we use Figma.
• Able to work autonomously in a responsive, fluid environment and have experience working in agile and fast‑paced surroundings.
• Experience and understanding of working with financial services (e.g., banking, fintech).
• Proven experience using AI tools in the design workflow (e.g., Claude or similar), with concrete examples of how these tools supported the design process.
• Advanced English skills (spoken and written), fluent Polish.
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills to drive a change.
