Job summary

Crystalia Glass seeks a Head of Marketing to own and grow the US market, overseeing brand, growth, performance, analytics, and a leadership team. The role requires directing demand generation, customer acquisition, and multi-audience strategies from a remote setting.

You will manage sizable paid media budgets, implement full-funnel analytics, and drive revenue through CRM-driven pipeline improvements. This is a strategic, senior-level leadership position in the US market.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience including leadership of a full function with strategy, budget, team and results
• Direct experience owning marketing for the US market with customer acquisition, demand gen, and brand growth
• Experience marketing to both B2B and B2C audiences with distinct positioning and funnels
• Experience in construction/building materials or premium home products or related high-consideration categories
• Experience managing paid media budgets of $1.5M+ annually with channel allocation insights
• Strong full-funnel analytics, including CAC, ROMI, and conversion metrics
• Experience with CRM systems and pipeline structure
