Crystalia Glass, a U.S.-based glass solutions provider, is seeking a Sales Manager to own sales execution end-to-end in a high-volume, inbound-driven environment. You will manage CRM operations, inbound lead handling, call quality and analytics while coaching a growing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong data-driven decision making, and fluency in English to work with US-based clients.

Competenze

• 7–10 years of relevant sales experience with revenue growth.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience leading sales teams.
• Hands-on ownership of targets, pipelines and performance.
• Strong CRM experience and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with inbound sales in high-volume environments.
• Fluent English for US-based clients.

• Own sales performance end-to-end, including CRM, inbound lead management, call quality, analytics and coaching.
