Job summary

Talkie sp. z o.o. is seeking a Customer Implementation & Success Specialist to onboard AI Voice Agents for US healthcare customers and provide ongoing support.

The role requires at least one year in customer-facing roles, ideally in healthcare or contact centers, and the ability to work US hours (2pm–10pm) with possible Friday shifts. Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience in contact centers or patient services is a plus.
• Ability to work US market hours (2pm–10pm) with possible Friday 12pm–8pm.
• Passion for AI and healthcare access.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy customer-ready Voice AI Agents on Talkie platform.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with clients to gather information and manage timelines.
• Prepare reports and performance statistics to track effectiveness.
• Assist in onboarding materials and contribute to new feature testing.
