Job summary

VI is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and deploy AI agents for health systems, providers, and pharma organizations. You will own engagements end-to-end, from discovery through production, including integration into CRM/EHR systems and handling live calls.

This role requires shaping workflows, ensuring HIPAA-compliant practices, and delivering field-ready solutions. You will collaborate with clients’ operations and IT teams, learn their processes, and design robust, scalable agents

Qualifications

• Experience integrating LLMs into real-world workflows.
• Ability to own an engagement from discovery to production.
• Familiarity with HIPAA-regulated environments.
• Proven experience with scalable cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own a full agent deployment from discovery to production.
• Design integrations with CRM, EHR/EMR, and practice management systems.
• Ensure reliability of real-time voice and streaming components.
• Collaborate with clients' ops/IT teams and document lessons learned.
