Job summary

Infermedica in Wrocław, Poland, seeks a Customer Solutions Partner to own the full customer journey from pre-sales through go-live and ongoing adoption. You will work with health insurers, telehealth providers, hospital networks, and national healthcare systems deploying our AI-powered symptom assessment and triage platform.

You will connect business goals, clinical workflows, and technical implementation, mapping customer problems to what our product can do while building trusted relationships

Qualifications

• 4+ years in implementation or consulting in B2B SaaS.
• Experience leading enterprise software implementations.
• Strong understanding of API-based integrations.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales and implementation from design to go-live.
• Coordinate with customer stakeholders and internal teams.
• Run discovery workshops and design implementation plans.
• Drive adoption, track KPIs and outcomes.
• Coordinate QBRs with account managers.
• Unblock issues and improve playbooks.
