Business Financial Group (BFG) is seeking a Client Onboarding & Service Manager to manage onboarding and ongoing relationship management for US-based accounting and tax clients. This role sits between the US CPA team and the India production team, with remote coordination across time zones.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of direct client-facing experience, strong English communication, and the ability to explain complex service scopes and timelines.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English; clear presentation of financial details.
• 2–5 years of direct client-facing experience, with US client exposure a strong plus.
• Strong empathy, active listening, and responsive follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding virtual meetings with new US clients and clearly explain service scope.
• Coordinate with production teams for smooth onboarding handoffs and document workflows.
• Act as primary client contact; respond to queries within SLAs and escalate issues as needed.
