Job summary

Roboto Global Ltd. is seeking a Regular Unreal Gameplay Programmer to help build and evolve gameplay systems, architecture, and development workflows.

You’ll collaborate with fellow programmers and management, owning parts of the codebase and turning prototypes into production-ready solutions. The role emphasizes clean, maintainable C++ code, debugging and profiling, and initiative in solving technical challenges.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 and related tools.
• Strong debugging and profiling skills.
• Experience writing clean and optimised C++ code.
• Proactive approach to solving problems and improving systems.

Responsibilities

• Take part in designing game architecture and gameplay systems.
• Develop and implement various gameplay systems.
• Turn prototypes into production-ready solutions.
• Write clean, reliable, maintainable and well-optimised C++ code.
• Work independently and with other developers.
• Debug issues and maintain the existing codebase.
• Review implementations for coding guidelines and architecture standards.
• Proactively solve technical challenges and suggest improvements.
