Job summary

11 bit studios S.A. is seeking a senior Gameplay Programmer for our Warsaw office in a hybrid role. You will plan, prototype, develop and maintain gameplay features, evaluate new technologies, and participate in gameplay design to push our titles forward.

You should have at least 5 years in gamedev, 2+ years with Unreal Engine, and strong C++ expertise. Enjoy a dynamic, international environment with flexible hours and a rich office culture.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional programming experience in gamedev.
• At least 2 years of Unreal Engine experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Expert practical knowledge of C++.
• Expert knowledge of gameplay solutions used in modern video games.
• Keeping up to date with current technology trends.
• Experience with citybuilder/strategy game development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prototype, develop and maintain gameplay features.
• Evaluate new technologies for gameplay code.
• Participate in gameplay feature design.
• Debug and optimize gameplay code.
• Analyze technical risks and requirements for gameplay solutions.
• Enforce good programming practices within the team.
• Share knowledge within the programming team.
