Job summary

You will serve as the primary recruiter for Poland, forging strong partnerships with regional hiring managers and global stakeholders to align on needs and timelines.

• Serve as the primary University Recruiter on critical focus areas, successfully supporting hires in Poland.
• Build trusted, strategic relationships with regional hiring managers and global business stakeholders to understand technical and operational team needs.
• Master Veevas internal hiring philosophy to calibrate top-of-funnel strategies, streamline interview processes, and reduce time-to-hire without sacrificing quality.

Kogo poszukujemy?

• Full fluency in both Polish and English (written and spoken).
