Job summary

AIBY is seeking a Business Unit CEO to own and scale a multi-platform consumer subscription business with the aim of achieving sustainable profitability. You’ll leverage existing assets, data, and budgets to drive product innovation and monetization across iOS, Android, and web.

You will lead a cross-functional team, shape the growth roadmap, and work closely with the Board to steer strategic decisions that maximize long-term value and net profit.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product-based B2C businesses (subscription, mobile/web).
• 3+ years in leadership roles with direct P&L ownership (CPO, CMO, GM, CEO, Product Director, Head of Product, Head of Marketing, etc.).
• Product-Marketing Hybrid expertise: you can speak 'Engineering' to the devs and 'ROAS' to the marketers. You understand how a product change affects ad performance and vice versa.
• Proven 0-1 and scale-stage experience: launching new units, restructuring businesses, scaling early-stage products to meaningful revenue, or founding a startup
• Strong financial acumen: you live in the dashboards. You understand the nuances of cohorts, LTV/CAC ratios, and churn rates in a subscription-based model
• Mentality: ownership, clarity, decisiveness, speed, and persistence
• Entrepreneurial mindset

Responsibilities

• Full strategic and operational ownership of a multi-million ARR business unit.
• Define the strategic roadmap: you decide which features to build based on their projected impact on retention and monetization.
• Oversee Growth & Monetization: collaborate with UA to optimize ROAS and Payback Periods and manage the subscription funnel.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Growth, Marketing, Engineering, and Design.
• Allocate resources strategically: pivot to scaling successes within the unit as needed.
• Partner with the Board and Founders: participate in C-level decisions affecting metrics and product ecosystem
