AIBY is seeking a Junior Growth Product Manager to help optimize monetization and improve conversion across mobile and web products.

You will analyze funnels, run A/B tests, and collaborate with analytics, product, and marketing teams to balance revenue growth with user retention while maintaining a strong user experience. This role offers hybrid or remote work options and growth in a fast-paced AI-focused company.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monetization funnel and pinpoint areas of improvement
• Find a balance between revenue generation and user retention
• Optimize and increase conversion rates (turn users into paying and loyal customers)
• Come up with optimal solutions and improve web onboarding
• Perform A/B tests; generate unique ideas and hypotheses, prepare reports showcasing results
• Cooperate closely with analytics teams and product managers

Requirements

• A solid understanding of unit economics and key business metrics
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to identify user pain points and turn insights into impactful solutions
• Experience optimizing conversion rates, ARPU, and LTV
• Proficiency in analytics tools (GA, Amplitude, Tableau, or similar)
• Strong collaboration skills within cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, analysts, designers, marketers)
• At least an intermediate level of English, along with an understanding of language nuances and specific terminology

Will be a plus:

• Experience with payment systems (Stripe, Solid, etc.), including chargeback/refund management and improving AR
• Hands-on involvement in launching new products or funnels from scratch
• Participation in building analytics architecture and setting up event tracking
