Job summary

AIBY LLC SP. Z O.O. is seeking a seasoned Head of Performance Marketing to own end-to-end growth.

You will lead user acquisition efforts for subscription products across web and mobile, shaping strategy, budgets and priorities to maximize ROMI. You will drive web acquisition as the main growth engine while ensuring mobile growth pace, allocate budgets across geographies, forecast outcomes, and own the unit economics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Performance Marketing with ownership of UA for subscription products.
• 3+ years in a leadership role with growth metrics accountability.
• Proven track record in scaling web acquisition with measurable results.
• Expertise across Google, Meta, TikTok, Applovin and beyond.
• Strong understanding of unit economics, attribution, forecasting, and marketing analytics.
• Experience managing substantial marketing budgets and defending spend.
• Leadership experience with direct reports, mentoring and tough decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own Performance Marketing end to end: strategy, budget, priorities, results.
• Make web acquisition the main growth priority while mobile grows.
• Allocate budget across products, channels and geographies with data.
• Own unit economics: plan it, forecast it, hit it.
• Run ASO as part of one acquisition engine.
• Hire, coach and raise the bar for the Marketing team.
• Squeeze more out of every channel, audience, creative and funnel.
• Make Creative and UA work as one team.
• Partner with Product and Growth on what actually moves acquisition, activation and monetization.
• Build the reporting and processes that scale without you in every meeting.
