Job summary

Aon Krakow is seeking an SM&CR Specialist – UK Risk & Compliance to support UK supervised entities by implementing SM&CR controls and maintaining records. The role is hybrid, split between the Krakow office and remote work, and involves leading the SM&CR system administration and liaising with HR and IT teams.

You will bring a degree-level qualification, strong English skills, and solid SM&CR knowledge to influence decisions, train colleagues, and promote governance across the business.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification or equivalent experience; strong English (B2+/C1) in speech and writing.
• Knowledge of SM&CR regulation and its implementation in UK context.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Diplomatic, proactive and capable of influencing at management level.
• Collaborative team player with understanding of our business.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records for SM&CR populations.
• Supervise FCA Directory notifications for UK entities.
• Manage annual Fitness & Propriety process for SM&CR populations.
• Serve as main contact for HR Global Operations on F&P matters.
• Maintain and improve SM&CR processes and procedures.
• Oversee SM&CR system supplier relationship and service issues.
• Lead administrator for the SM&CR system and access management.
• Promote understanding and adoption of SM&CR requirements across the business.
